Everything is so polarized today, we need movies and storytellers more than ever before. Through them, we can experience a mutual perspective on humanity. Even if it's just for a couple of hours, we're all on the same side of the screen. Film and television are vehicles for compassion. I want to be a part of telling stories that should be told. -Emily Pearse
